Writing Our Name & Doin' Graffiti on the Wall! Colorado Style's. DOPE Writers in Denver

Graffit Art!!! The first element of the culture I fell in love with! I remember traveling back and forth to New York when i was younger, and seeing the subway's and neighborhood's crushed with amazing letter's and color's. I was amazed! From Beatstreet, to Wild Style, Bomb the System to Style Wars, I was on my way to explore the legends of the writer's bench. Graffiti consumed me, from rackin paint, to bomb checking with the crew, to non-stop roll calls on the block. Stickers,streakers, Pilot's, Magnum's, Sharpies,Scribes, you name it! I was doin' it! I came up with a Crew called OAK (OneovAKind) back in 94/95, a group of North Denver kid's who loved the culture! They helped me and formed me into understanding the tricks of the trade and the politic's and bullshit that came with graffiti. Around 1999 I was kicked down with one of Denver's Elite Graff crew: RTD, since day one, i've been doin' my thing, hustling, grindin', trying to chase my dreams! I always tell ever youngbuck hip-hoppa coming up in the game, it's important to be apart of a graffiti crew. It teaches you different street codes you can't learn any where else. In Denver, I can honestly say, we have some of the best graff witers in the world here. We can hang with the best of the best. Denver has a vibrant landscape of DOPE Graffiti. Lets take a look at some supreme master's of graffiti, reppin in the Mile High City!

Society has been suffering with so much flava, due to this guy right here. A urban legend in his own right! This guy is TOP notch graffit OG in Denver, he put a lot of writers on in the city, and influenced many with his style Not many folks had pieces in graff mags back in the day's, but this guy was straight burnin! A huge influence to anyone who is a somebody in the Graff scene knows about him. He's a great friend of mine, and hyped to see him still holdin it down with his art till this day! All you TOY's make Way! My boy VOICE, he don't play! He's also nice on the skin, my friend, SWS till the very end!

My mellow Jher is another one of those guy's when you bring up Denver Graffiti, his name is one of the first names to be brought up! This dude is before his time like tomorrow. Amazing letters, color's and styles, my boy has been crushin the walls and the skin for decades now. He's also nice on the beats and the rhymes. A All around Hip-Hop head,Orginally from Cali. but he's been in Denver so long, he's a Native, lol. I met him in the early 90's. at Coffee on the Hill, (a legendary painting hub in Denver) He was a true trendsetter of style and raised the bar high for any Toy's who wanted to test! My brother is a Rebel-Till- Death and so DOPE and Fresh!

I Love my mellow's style! So bouncy, so edgy, all Hip-Hop, all the time! A protege' of VOICE and the LOF/SWS family. This dude held the torch for the graff scene in Denver when you thought it was dying down. He never quit, he just got Doper within time. Back in the day's you'd seen him up on every billboard with my boy SAKE, rockin on Federal, or a a Fresh burner in the Westside. My boy is Still All City! A Solid brother, a solid father, and a solid graff artist! Check how my boy catches wreck! Defnitely in a league of his own!! Burnin!!!

My boy Jolt, is the Lightning bolt of Denver Graff. He started out very young and hungry. Taking notes from the Denver graff OG's, Jolt blazed his own trail when it came to his art. A natural artist from Globeville, Denver, he loves his hood and community. Endorsed by Mountain Dew,He is very involved and empower's other's through his art and Guerillas, which you may have seen blasted out around the city and at The Denver Botanical gardens' where his guerilla was also displayed. Love him or Hate him, either way you can't deny this monstaprenour! I met him when he first started out and we'd run a muck, rockin Tommy Hill Jackets and rockin the water yards, I'm blessed to have crossed this brother's path.Jick Jolty gets busy!!!

This is my brother from another, we came up together! I've watched him grow as a man and a artist. His natural artistic talent and passion for the art, has opened many doors of opportunity for himself and he always thinks about others. He is one of the brainchild's behind Denver's premier graffiti event, Colorado Crush and is a very busy artist within the Denver scene.You can catch his work on the streets, gallery, or restaurants . He was recently reconized from the city for his great acomplishments within the community. He's a well diverse artist that goes further then the graffiti scene. Hyped to be connected to this dude! Defnitely crushes the walls!

My boy Haven is a True School Hip-Hop Head! He's been on the secret art movement, hustling, grinding, skating, makin music, doin' his thing with the Pyramid gang since the early 90's. A group of clever, graffiti rockin, Hip-Hop individuals, who at all cost never sold himself short and stayed True to his heart and always kept the city LIVE with Colors!. A 3rd eye thinker, this creative cat has a unique style that incorperates, his one of a kind characters, who are not just flashy and eye catchy, they are full of flavor in so many different fashion. My boy came to Inspire, so check the art to admire!! He's always bombin' the system!

Mi compa Gamma! Dude is No Joke like a dead comedian when it comes to ART!. I met him back in 2006, working at The Roxy, he was one of my go to guy's if I need any type of work done for the club. A humble giant who kills it everytime. Some call him a Freelance, concept, visual artist. I call him a Monster! What ever type of art you want to label it, he gets love coast to coast and all through the state of Colorado. With murals rockin from Longmont to Pueblo, and back to Denver, this is a head you neeed to know about. He gets down with the best of the best. Even getting a shout out from OG BANKSY recently, he couldn't help it but give props where props are due. Check him out!

This is another lifelong friend of mine, who has made a everlasting impact with his art on myself. I met him in 1998 at a classic monthly house party function, and we have been homies ever since. He's a amazingly talent artist, from illustarations, to video game designs, to graffiti. He has designed many flyers and album art for myself. They don't call him Beast for nothin' a true student of the art, he always on tha Freshness on the menu! Check out his flava!
